BES Consulting Ltd

The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that BES Consulting Limited ("BES") has recently been acquired by the PMG Ltd group of companies.  PMG Ltd is a local company with business activities in internet, retail, and business outsourcing.  BES will remain independent and continue trading as an autonomous business unit with the Group.  Further to this, PMG is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Wallis as Managing Director.  The changes do not impact on our UKAS accreditation for Inspection and Testing.

BES will continue to develop its asbestos business which remains crucial moving forward and will also maintain its interests in other business streams including;

-  Fire
-  Legionella
-  Professional service (consultancy and third party management)
-  Compliance auditing
-  Hosting solutions utilising our PCM web platform
-  Training & client education services (asbestos, fire, legionella, health & safety and energy), and also
-  Energy consultancy/solutions using wireless BEMS and proactive online management software

This marks a very exciting time for all at BES Consulting, and our clients, and builds on the success we have enjoyed through the partnership with Lloyds Development Capital (LDC).
