Our CMS solutions deliver compliance at a fixed cost and can include services delivered to site at no cost compared to your current supplier arrangements. This is achieved through our ability to supply multiple services whilst at the customer site.

Service Performance Management (SPM)

Underwriting our Compliance Managed Service is our Service Performance Management key performance indicators (KPIs). Tailored to each client and wrapped around all our CMS solutions are a core set of optics which are used to monitor and determine the success and quality of our service delivery.

These KPIs are reported on an agreed frequency and are used as part of our client review meetings. All documentation from these meeting is available 24/7/365 from our web based Property Compliance Manager for those customers who have deployed this solution.

Project Management

It is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project. The focus throughout PRINCE2 is on the Business Case, which describes the rationale and business justification for the project. The Business Case drives all the project management processes, from initial project set-up through to successful finish.
