BES Consulting was formed in 1997 to provide statutory property compliance to the UK’s largest organisations, which quickly developed in to managing some of the largest property estates in the country.
BES Consulting has rooted their success in working with large, multi-site organisations. Whilst the core business centres on management of statutory property compliance, this is complemented by its expertise in Asbestos Compliance Management; Fire Risk Assessment; Legionella Risk Assessment; Health & Safety; Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s); Display Energy Certificates (DEC's); Disability Discrimination Act (DDA); and The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.
This side of the business is built on an informed balance between management of the statutory property compliance risk management, and a "coal face" understanding of the operational issues that lie behind the management of large property estates.
This has led to an approach that combines audit and financial analysis, process engineering and prescriptive management reporting with effective cost-reduction and risk management solutions which are achievable and measurable.
